Had pleasant stay on time and the weather was pleasant. I was met by decent and attentive staff at the lobby. I loved the room with view of the pool. Everything seemed very good, immaculately clean.

The staff were helpful, the breakfast was comprehensive and everything was really good. Its location was central, an easy walk to Conference Palace Convention Center. The service was very good in my opinion. There was a very clean pool on site too.

Fun stay, as always. Warm place, extremely pleasant rooms, highly convenient location. Fantastic view of castle. The roof top bar was relaxing and the drinks were carbonated. There were excellent internet and easy to access parking available.

Very central location, perfect restaurant - FANTASTIC service. I enjoyed a fantastic decor and contemporary furniture. The staff was always available to solve any kind of issue. Continental breakfast included the most tasty eggs, cheese, fresh fruit and omelette. I had an incredible stay at this absolutely great hotel.

Outstanding staff, first-class service, generally comfortable and light filled rooms. The location was unrivaled, not far from every attractions, Medina and the airport, and had exceptional views.
The bathroom I had was horrible.

Location was unbeatable, near the public beach. The staff were fabulous, we loved those guys. The breakfast was tasty with omelette, fresh fruit and cheese. Had cool drinks in the swim-up bar in the evening.
